Information
The federal government has established annual and lifetime limits on several federal student aid programs (Federal Pell Grant, student Federal Direct Loans, Federal TEACH Grant, etc.). ASU will offer you the maximum amount of federal student aid for which you are eligible.

ASU institutional grant funding is limited. Priority for these limited awards are given to eligible students with exceptional financial need who complete the FAFSA by the priority filing date of May 1 and submit requested documentation within a few weeks of being requested. A prior year's award does not guarantee future year award offers.

Families who experience unforeseen changes in their income or resources due to job loss, income reduction, illness, etc. may have their financial aid package reviewed. You may submit a Student Budget Review, a Student Income Reduction Review or a Parent Review along with the required supporting documentation listed on the review to begin a reevaluation of your financial aid awards. Unfortunately, not all circumstances will be eligible for consideration and not all reviews will result in additional financial assistance.
