Before any federal student aid can disburse, your final high school transcript with a graduation date must be received by ASU Admission Services.
If you have previously requested a final high school transcript and this hold remains on your account, please contact your
ASU admission representative to confirm the receipt of the final transcript and
link it to your student record.
Then, this hold will automatically be removed from your account in one to three days. Although this hold prevents federal student aid disbursement, Financial Aid and Scholarship Services is
not able to remove this hold.
Please note: ASU does not accept the California Proficiency Exam in place of a high school diploma or GED. If you have completed the California Proficiency Exam, contact your ASU admission representative for more information.
