How Do I Correct Information That Was Reported on My FAFSA?

Changes due to a recent event (i.e., job loss, divorce, loss of child support) must be documented through a Student Income Reduction Review or Parent Review.

If you made a mistake on your FAFSA or want to update your estimated income to your actual income per your completed tax return, please go back to your FAFSA online and make the needed corrections. FAFSA corrections are sent to ASU in three to five business days. As a result, new requested documents could appear on My ASU under the Finances tab in the Financing Tasks box. You must submit all requested documents before a re-evaluation of your awards can be made.
