How do I enable push notification reminders about the health check?

By default, you will receive email reminders every day that you are required to submit a health check. If you’d like to receive push notifications in addition to emails or instead of email notifications, you can do so by following these steps:

Enable Push Notifications via the ASU Mobile App

  1. Open the ASU Mobile app and log in with your ASU credentials if prompted.

  2. Tap on the menu button at the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Select the “preferences” option from the menu

  4. Tap on the switch next to “remind me via push notification” to turn on notifications. The switch will turn gold and slide to the right when notifications are turned on.

Enable Push Notifications via the Website

  1. Log in to My ASU

  2. Go to healthcheck.asu.edu

  3. Click on the preferences tab in the upper right corner.

  4. Tap on the switch next to “remind me via push notification” to turn on notifications. The switch will turn gold and slide to the right when notifications are turned on.

Please note that both push notifications and emails cannot be turned off simultaneously. If you do happen to switch both push notifications and email notifications off, you will still receive email reminders by default.
