Information
When you initially accept your loans online, you have the option to accept all, some or none of any loan offered. To start this process:
  1. Sign in to My ASU.
  2. Click on the Finances tab.
  3. Under the Financial Aid and Scholarships box, click on the Accept icon next to the loan.
If you would like to decrease the amount of a loan that has already been applied to your account, please complete a Student Loan Adjustment eForm. Remember that returning any funds that have already been applied to your account may create a bill on your student account.

If you would like to return an ASU refund check, please complete a Return of Financial Aid Funds form and bring both the form and the ASU refund check to ASU Financial Aid and Scholarship Services.

Please note: Do not return funds to your lender.
