When you are returning to ASU from an approved deferment, you are required to complete the
Scholarship Reinstatement Request eForm. Please follow the steps below to reinstate your scholarship:
- Complete the Scholarship Reinstatement Request eForm. You must follow all deadlines and instructions indicated on the eForm.
- Provide the required supporting documentation as indicated on the eForm acknowledging that you have successfully completed the terms of your deferment.
- Submit your Scholarship Reinstatement Request eForm no later than 30 days prior to your date of return to ASU.
