Information
Replacement ASU student IDs for both the basic Sun Card are $25.
On campus students
can visit one of the
Sun Devil Card Services offices
to receive a replacement Sun Card.
Online
or
extended campus students
, please fill out and submit the
Sun Card Request Form
to receive your replacement card.
Please Note:
Your previous ID card will be deactivated once your new ID card is created. Your old card cannot be reactivated.
