How Do I Setup ASU Wireless on Windows 10?

Information

To setup wireless on your Windows 10 device, please follow the steps below:

1. Click the Networking icon in the system tray by the system clock. You should see asu as an available wireless connection.

 
Note: If you do not see asu listed in the available connections then the asu wireless connection may be out of range from your current location. Please try connecting from another campus location.

2. Select the asu from the list.

3. Enter your ASURITE ID and password in the Network Authentication window and click OK.

 

4. If you get a window for a Windows Security Alert about validating the security certificate as shown below, click Connect
Note: In the screenshot below, the Windows Security Alert shows that the certificate originates from ASU and is therefore safe to accept by clicking Connect.

You are now on the encrypted ASU WiFi wireless network!

Note: The instructions above should work for most users. However, sometimes it is necessary to manually setup a wireless connection to the ASU network. For manual setup, please see Manual Configuration of ASU Wireless on Windows 10?
