How do I show proof that I completed a health check?

To show proof of a completed health check on the mobile app, follow these steps:

1. Open the ASU Mobile app and log in if prompted.

2. Look at the home screen of the app. There will be an indicator underneath your name if your health check has been submitted.

You can also track how many health checks you’ve completed throughout the week.

On the home screen of the ASU Mobile App, Swipe through the cards at the top of the page. You will then see a tracker indicating which days you have or have not completed the health check.

Solid green circles indicate you’ve completed the health check

Solid grey circles indicate you have not completed the health check

Open black circles indicate the current day of the week.
