How to Adjust Your Browser Third-Party Cookies Settings

Information
Cookies are small text files that websites put on your computer to store information about you and your preferences. Follow the instructions below to adjust your browser's third-party cookies settings.

Chrome

  1. Click the three horizontal bars in the top right of Chrome (the menu icon).
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Show advanced settings.
  4. Look for Privacy; click the button just below it for Content settings.
  5. Make sure Allow local data to be set (recommended) is enabled, and "Block third-party cookies and site data" is not checked.
  6. Click Done.

Firefox

  1. Click the three horizontal lines (the menu button) OR Firefox -> Options OR Tools -> Options, depending on version.
  2. Click on Preferences.
  3. Click on Privacy.
  4. Change the drop down box in the middle to Use custom settings for history.
  5. Make sure Accept cookies from sites is checked.
  6. Change Accept third-party cookies: Always.

Internet Explorer
 

  1. Click on the Tools menu.
  2. Click on Internet Options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. In Settings, move the slider to block or allow cookies.
  5. Click OK.

Safari

  1. Click on either Safari OR the gear icon, depending on version/Operating System.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click Privacy.
  4. Set Block cookies to Never.
