How to create and access your ASU Dropbox for Education Account

Follow the instructions below to create and access your ASU Dropbox for Education account:

Note: If you already have a ASU Dropbox for Education account, you can still follow the instructions below for accessing through My ASU or you can go directly to dropbox.asu.edu and sign in with your asurite@asu.edu email address.

1. Navigate to my.asu.edu

2. In My ASU, a link to ASU Dropbox should be available in the Shortcut buttons on the top row. If you don't see a ASU Dropbox button, select the View More button on the right-hand side to see more options.

3. If you still don't see ASU Dropbox in the dropdown, navigate to the bottom of the My ASU page, and select the Customize button.

 

4. In the popup window, select Shortcuts.

 

5. Scroll down through the listings until you see ASU Dropbox, and click the 'eye' icon to the right. The icon should be a full eye icon without a slash.

 

6. Once the link is visible and clicked on, the page will redirect to your new ASU Dropbox account. You'll likely see a prompt to sign in, which should be using your asurite@asu.edu email address. Go ahead and hit Continue, and you should be taken to your ASU Dropbox for Education account.
