If you are enrolled in less than 12 credits because you are graduating and have an ASU merit scholarship, please follow the steps below to be considered for an exceptional disbursement:
  1. Visit ASU Apply for Graduation or go to the My Programs box on My ASU, select the Graduation tab and click the Apply for Graduation button.
Note: A credit card is required to complete your application. If you are not able to apply online, you can apply in person at Registrar Services or by mail.
  1. Print the Certification of Coursework Completion Form and complete section A and B. Your ASU academic advisor must complete section C.
  2. Submit the form to Financial Aid and Scholarship Services no later than 30 days prior to your last semester. It will be evaluated to ensure you are enrolled in the correct number of credits.
Please note: Your request must be approved by Financial Aid and Scholarship Services. If the conditions are met, your scholarship may disburse at the full amount of its value. Completing the above steps does not guarantee you will receive your scholarship funds.
