It can take up to 72 hours after the start of your Post-OPT for you to receive the email from SEVP to set up your portal account.
• SEVP will send an email from do-not-reply.SEVP@ice.dhs.gov containing the subject line: Optional Practical Training Approval – to your ASU email address listed on your MyASU.
• The email will contain a link to create an SEVP Portal account.
• If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
If it has been over 72 hours since the start of your Post-OPT and you still have not received the activation email, submit the “SEVP Portal Issues” eForm found in the MyISSC eForm portal (https://issc.asu.edu/students/eforms) under F-1 Practical Training.
