to the eligible noncitizen question on their Federal Direct PLUS Loan application. Your parent therefore must complete the
Parent PLUS Loan Citizenship Verification form
, attach one of the acceptable documents and submit it to
ASU's Financial Aid and Scholarship Services
.
The following are acceptable forms of documentation:
I-551
or
I-151
Resident Alien Card or Permanent Resident Card that is current and not expired.
I-94
Arrival-Departure Record stamped with "Refugee", "Asylum Granted", "Parolee" or "Cuban-Haitian Entrant," confirming the form has not expired.
Please provide copies of both sides of the documentation.
