Your parent has been approved for a Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan with either an endorser or updated credit information, and is required to complete
Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan Counseling. This item will hold the disbursement of the Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan.
To complete this requirement, have your parent go to the
Federal Student Aid Loan website. Your parent will log in using their
FSA ID. Please allow three to five business days for ASU to receive confirmation of completion and remove it from
My ASU.
