What should I do if my SEVP Portal is locked?

If you are having trouble logging in to the SEVP Portal, please try the following possible solutions.

 

First, please make sure you are using your ASU email account as shown on MyASU to log in.

 

Next, please make sure you are entering your password correctly. Make sure you do not have caps lock on.

 

If you have received a temporary password, please note that you can only use the temporary password once. When you set up your permanent password, you must continue using the permanent password.

 

If you are still having trouble, you can reset your password using the “Reset Password” button when you log into the SEVP portal.

 

If your SEVP portal account is locked, please submit the “SEVP Portal Issues” eForm found in the MyISSC eForm portal (https://issc.asu.edu/students/eforms)  under F-1 Practical Training.
