The Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, or the Buckley Amendment, affords you certain privacy rights regarding your education records, regardless of who pays your tuition and fees. You can find a summary of those rights on the ASU Student Privacy website.  

You can choose to share some or all of the information available to parents and guests via My ASU Parent Guest Access.
